The Mother Nurture - our pregnancy massage, aims to relieve tension related to the growing and changing body; including leg cramps, lower back tension, hip and pelvic aches. While massage during pregnancy can alleviate the physical tensions of the body, a deeper sense of mother-baby connection is also strengthened as you take the time to slow down, breathe deep and rest. 



** Pregnancy massage is only available to mothers once they have reached 2nd trimester (from 13 weeks)

Cupping or dry needling can be incorporated into your massage treatment. A discussion with you is had to determine wether you are a candidate for these treatment styles, and consent from you must be given before we go ahead with the treatment.
